How a multi-agent system actually works — and where Private Executive fits in. Nine minutes, sound on.
02The film
Nine minutes on how an AI of your own actually works.
Film · Private Executive · 9 min
03The picture
Imagine asking someone for advice every day. Only that someone isn’t yours.
Today almost all AI is rented. What you ask, what you upload and what you decide passes through someone else’s server — and someone else changes the rules, whenever they like, without telling you.
Renting is borrowing. Owning means: you can walk away.

04Who it’s for
For those with a lot to look after.
Private Executive is an excellent executive assistant.
Professionals and business owners with piles of paperwork
They don’t want their data living on someone else’s servers. Contracts, rulings, invoices, emails: everything stays on a machine they can put a hand on.
Owners the whole business depends on
The steward who knows the business by heart: where every paper is, who owes what, what is still open. Someone like that, who never tires and never walks out with what they know.
Those bound by professional secrecy: medical practice, law firm, notary, accountant
A secret that a third party knows already has an accomplice. What is sensitive stays on your machine, and you decide what leaves and what doesn’t.
The self-employed and the trades
Every hour of administration is an hour you can’t sell. Quotes, invoices, reminders: let your assistant carry them.
People with sensitive conversations, health included
What you tell your assistant has no reason to leave your home. Local privacy, for real.
05What it does
Three things, nothing more.
It knows your world
Your papers, your sources, your clients. What you read, what you signed, what you promised. Donna sorts it and remembers it, so that when you ask, she answers with what is yours.
It decides like you
Before we begin, we write a decision protocol together: what she may settle alone, what she checks with you, and what she never touches. The money, the responsibility and the people stay on your side.
The decision-learning loop is the heart of this. It records when you decide, how you decide, and on what basis. From that record it learns to decide the way you would.
Hand it on. Your decisions and knowledge are transferable — so your family or successors understand how the business was built and why things were decided, even when you’re not there.

It’s yours
It runs on your machine and keeps its records in your archive. If tomorrow you want another tool, you take everything with you.
06The package

07Your machine
The hardware is separate, and chosen with you.
- 1 Hosted No hardware of your own: the package runs hosted.
- 2 Hybrid mini-workstations Mac mini, AMD Strix Halo, NVIDIA DGX Spark. Small models run local, large ones are rented.
- 3 A fully self-reliant setup A 512 GB-class machine, for example a Mac Studio M3 Ultra. Documents, accounting and research run entirely on your side. No rental. From here, fully self-reliant — nothing rented.
- 4 Professional racks H100 / H200 class, running the largest open model.
We size, source and set it up with you — in the first conversation.

08It’s yours
Your archive stays.
The archive can be read without the AI.
The package is bought without a subscription.
You never depend on us.
The model is replaceable. Your world is not.
09Why now
Why now
The United States says AI is dangerous and must be controlled. China gives it away. It is all a game on the geopolitical board. We are living through a change of era. Now is the moment.
- IOwning the machine costs almost nothing. Running it is what costs.
- IIWhat becomes scarce is permission, not storage.
- IIIFirst secure what is yours, then become independent, step by step.

11Who
The cook eats in his own restaurant.
Caprey SAS uses this system at home. Our accounting, our receipts and our clients run on the same package we hand to you. If something doesn’t hold up in real work, it bothers us first.

12The evening
At dusk, at the table.
In the evening the owner and his steward sit down at the board and go through the day: what was decided, what was left open, and why.
This hour is the decision-learning loop. The assistant keeps the judgment, and learns to decide the way you would.
What is understood at that table stays, and can be handed on when you are not there.
